Small blacksmith have made AK-47 rifel in West African countries including Mali,Burkina Faso,Nigeria.
Instead of AK-47, they can make AK-48 shovel.
Chad and Sudan want to help Chari Project to save River.
- Sango : That is easy to say, but difficult to achieve.
It needs money to buy tools.
- Admin : Borrow money from Afrika Union(AU) or Sudan. not Europe, not America, not UN.
Sometimes relief food dangerous, because it can make Afrikan as Animals.
Sudan want to help the Chari River project. Becuse of Nile River.
To save river and Not to eat body of swines(pigs) are the first step of Afrika.
Maybe some Afrikan don't like Europe, because Afrika was colonized by Europe.
But there are many afrikan in Europe and USA, so C.A.R need to be careful in diplomacy.
Afrika need new relationship with European nations.
So save not only river but also European pride.
Even save Afro-European pride and white-Afrikans pride.
Afrikan warriors protect land, river, lake, jungle, life forms, and pride.
Whether they are black skin color or white skin color.

*Dredging: clean out the bed of (a harbor, river, or other area of water) by scooping out mud, weeds, and rubbish with a dredge.
