TMC 대책회의가 열리고, 다음과 같은 사항이 의결된다.
1. 수단 국민의 지지를 얻기 위해 최대한 노력한다.
2. 유혈 사태(bloodshed)와 폭력(violence)을 피하기 위해, 최대한 노력한다.
3. 알 바시르(Omar al-Bashir) 전(前) 대통령과 바시르 정부 요인을 보호한다.
4. 바시르 정부 뿐만 아니라, "자칭 민주세력"도 조사할 것임을 밝힌다.
5. TMC 국정 목표를 수립하고 발표한다.
6. 최루탄과 최루탄 발사기를 RSF(Rapid Support Force, 신속 지원 부대)에 지급한다.
